Trader Joe’s Jerk-Style Plantain Chips $1.79
These Plantain Chips are the perfect midday snack! I love how they are sweet, spicy, and salty and I always dip them in my favorite hummus or guacamole. They also make a great, crunchy salad topping and are the perfect alternative to potato chips.
Chili Spiced Dried Mango $2.49
Speaking of sweet and spicy, the Chili Spiced Dried Mango is another one of my favorite healthy snacks. A pro tip of mine is to leave them in the fridge so they’re nice and cold! I even add them on top of vegan yogurt in the morning.

Another healthy pantry staple of mine is the Trader Joe’s Hearts of Palm Pasta! This is probably the quickest and easiest meal you will ever make and it's packed with fiber as well as other nutrients. Just heat up the pasta in a pan and serve with your favorite sauce and toppings & voila, you have a perfect healthy dinner right in front of you!
